Frozen strawberries are commonly blended with other fruits, milk, and yogurt to make desserts like smoothies. If you have regular heartburn, then you will be glad to hear that these dairy products can actually help in preventing any acid reflux from the acids in the strawberries. 

Popping in some alkaline fruits such as watermelon or better a banana would also make the smoothie better for people with such problems. 

Comparison of the Acidity of Strawberries and Other Acidic Fruits

If you are suffering from heartburn, you should steer clear of lemons because they will be your nightmare fuel. Because of their high acid content, they will worsen your acid reflux, which will keep you up all night.
