The Kid’s Daily Plate e-Cookbook Release!

kid's e-cookbook cover

My second e-cookbook is finally available for purchase, exclusively through the Amazon Kindle store, just in time for back-to-school!

I started working on recipes for The Kid’s Daily Plate: A Week’s Worth of Healthy Mix ‘N Match Toddler- and Kid-Approved Meals way back in the beginning of the year, and development came to a standstill when first trimester nausea wreaked havoc on my appetite. I picked up the pace once I could tolerate a range of foods again, but then things slowed down at the commencement of summer travel (we’ve been all over the place these past few months!).

I actually think the timing of the e-cookbook release turned out perfectly, however, because kids are just heading back to school and parents are probably looking for new family-friendly meals.

There are seven each of breakfast, snack, lunch, dinner, and dessert recipes, so you could potentially feed your kid(s) for an entire week with just this e-cookbook. Adults are sure to love the recipes as well, and every recipe is easy to double so you can feed your entire family.

You may recognize a couple of recipes from the blog, but the vast majority are brand-new!

There are vegetarian, vegan, paleo, dairy-free, grain-free, and gluten-free recipes included in this e-cookbook to cater to a variety of dietary considerations and allergies.

You can purchase the e-cookbook for $6.99 through the Amazon Kindle Store by clicking here, and is viewable on most computers, tablets, and smart phones. All you need is the free Kindle app, which is available for download here.

Ok. Enough talk. Let’s take a sneak peak at some of the recipes, yes?!

Rise & Shine Smoothies {vegan, dairy-free}

Three Ingredient Peanut Butter & Honey Cereal Bars {no-bake, option for gluten-free}

Rainbow Fruit Skewers with Banilla Dipping Sauce

Quesadilla Shapes with Green Quinoa

Tea Sandwiches

Creamy Broccoli Soup {vegan, dairy-free}

Chocolate-Covered Cherry Milkshakes

… and much, much more!

  1. Yay! I run a literacy program for low-income families with 0-3 year old babies and they are always asking me to share healthy recipes for their little ones. You’ve got the best stuff here. Thanks!
    Wendy recently posted..Babies feel pain

  2. I wasn’t planning on buying this for myself when you had originally mentioned about writing it because I don’t have kids…and then I got pregnant! I’m definitely purchasing myself this cookbook now to have for the future!
