I’m excited to share with you my recent discovery of a company that I’m quickly falling in love with. Emmy’s Organics offers seriously delicious gluten-free, raw, and vegan treats made with whole, organic, non-GMO foods that are packaged using compostable materials.
I had the opportunity to try their line of macaroons & Super Cereals; both of which I really loved.
All four varieties of Emmy’s Super Cereal are based on sprouted & dehydrated buckwheat, and lightly sweetened with coconut sugar. This was my first time trying buckwheat, and I was pleasantly surprised! The little nuggets are uber crunchy, and the cereals are equally as good straight from the bag as they are immersed in a bowl of milk or scattered across a cup of yogurt.
All of the flavors are delicious, but I’m partial to the Cacao Coconut & Apricot Vanilla.
Now, on to the macaroons!
You know how much I love macaroons. After all, I have 10 macaroon recipes on the blog. I’m typically of the mindset that homemade cookies are better than packaged; but after tasting Emmy’s macaroons, I’m questioning that stance. These particular cookies are every bit as good as their homemade counterparts.
The array of flavors is enticing, and I promise you that they taste every bit as good as they sound. My faves are the Coconut Vanilla, Lemon Ginger, Chai Spice, Dark Cocoa & Chocolate Chip.
Emmy’s doesn’t stop at just macaroons and cereal. They also offer chocolate-dipped macaroons and a luscious-looking chocolate sauce. I might have to order both soon!
