		<description>I really like cooking on Valentine&#039;s day as well. The restaurants get booked way ahead of time and most of them have special menus that are always more expensive. This year we went out since our kitchen construction is not completed yet (hopefully next week!) and were annoyed to see a special menu that was nearly 30% more expensive. It was still good but too expensive for what it was. I will definitely be cooking for my next valentine&#039;s day.
Btw, I think this would be a great dish to serve guests. Looks very impressive! :D</description>
